2012 Balloon Flight Schedule

Air Display balloon flight times are in the morning at sunrise or in the evening two hours before sunset. Flights are conducted weekends only May through October.

Friday evening flights avialble for private charter booking.
Orangeville meeting location available for private charter booking.

Air Display carries up to five passengers per flight depending on weight. Passengers are booked as a single, couples and in groups of three to five persons.

This is a schedule of Air Display's balloon ride availability. The comments column indicates remaining passenger space and for where (Port Perry or Cookstown). If the flight time for the date you want to fly states "booked"
no other paassenger space is available for that flight time.

The schedule also lists balloon festivals the Air Display Hot Air Balloon Team will be attending. The comments column indicates if balloon banner space is available for rent (advertising during the event). Balloon banners are subject to the approval and conditions of the event organizers.

With adequate notice, Air Display can provide exclusive passenger reservation privileges to tour Operators, corporate functions or group participations during local flying and during balloon festivals.
