Air Display carries a maximum of five persons per balloon flight (usually four adults) depending on passenger weight.

Balloon flights are conducted at sunrise or two hours before sunset, weekends only weather permitting.  Passenger rides are provided May through October.  Some winter flying is available.

Toronto area balloon rides may be scheduled from two locations. Just north of the City, meeting near Cookstown or to the north east, meeting downtown Port Perry.

Balloon rides may also be booked during hot air balloon festivals. Balloon festival bookings usually have site entrance fees that are not included in the cost of your balloon ride.  Please see the Air Display "SCHEDULE" page for the hot air balloon festivals we'll be attending.

Tour Operators and Corporate Incentive Planners need to know the Air Display Hot Air Balloon Team is available for exclusive balloon flight engagement.  Additional hot air balloons can be made available should your passenger numbers warrant.

You can schedule a balloon ride by completeing the Air Display  "CONTACT" form (preferred) or by calling 1 905 767 8512.  A contact phone number,  email address, name, weight, height and age of each passenger will be required to reserve your balloon ride.

Balloon Ride Certificates 

Balloon Ride Certificates (third party booking) must be paid for in advance.

Balloon Ride Certificates are delivered by Canada Post to the address provided by the by the purchaser.  Extra charges apply for delivery instructions other than by regular post.

Balloon Ride Certificate recipients must contact Air Display to schedule their balloon ride.

Balloon Ride Certificates do not expire however they may be subject to a rate increase if redeemed after one year from their issue date.

Private Balloon Charter for Two

A private balloon carter for two reserves the aircraft for only yourself
and a guest.  Air Display does not charge in advance for these charters.
