Air Display carries a maximum of five persons per flight (typically four adults) depending on the weight of each passenger.

Balloon flights are conducted at sunrise or two hours before sunset, weekends only weather permitting.  Passenger rides are provided May through October.  Some winter flying is available.

Balloon rides may be scheduled from two locations in the Toronto area.  Just to the north of Toronto meeting near Cookstown and just to the north and east of Toronto meeting downtown Port Perry.

Balloon rides may be booked for local flights and during hot air balloon festivals. Balloon festival bookings may have site entrance fees not included in the cost of your balloon ride.  Please see my Schedule page for the festivals I'll be attending.

Tour Operators and Corporate Incentive Planners need to know the Air Display Hot Air Balloon Team is available for exclusive engagement.  Additional balloons can be made available should passenger numbers warrant.

To book your balloon ride check Air Display's Schedule page for availability and then call (905) 767 8512 or email (preferred) info@airdisplay.ca with your request.  A contact phone number and home email address along with the name, weight, height and age of each passenger will be required to reserve your flight.

Balloon Ride Boarding Passes

Boarding Passes are not currently in use.  Other than third party bookings (Ride Certificates), Air Display does not charge in advance for scheduled balloon rides.  If the flight is cancelled due to weather the flight may be rebooked.

Ride Certificates (third party booking) must be paid for in advance.  These will be delivered (typically "snail" mailed to the recipient) or as directed by the purchaser.  Extra charges will apply for delivery instructions other than by regular post.  Recipients must contact Air Display to schedule their flight.  Ride Certificates do not expire however they may be subject to a rate increase if being redeemed beyond one year of issue date.

Private Charter reserves the aircraft just for you and a guest.  Air Display does not charge in advance for private charters.  If the flight is cancelled due to weather the flight may be rebooked.

Rates (per person)

Balloon ride $250.00 plus applicable taxes.

Balloon ride for children 10 yrs or younger $195.00 plus applicable taxes.

Ride Certificate $270.00 (includes regular postage) plus applicable taxes.  Ride certificates to be paid in advance.

Private balloon charter (two persons) $800.00 plus applicable taxes.

Air Display accepts cash, cheque, VISA and MasterCard.
